Christopher
J. Mudd is the General Manager of Dexco Polymers
LP. He holds full management responsibility for the
joint venture and reports to the partnership board
of directors. Prior to joining Dexco in early 2003,
Chris served as Dow Chemical's Senior Commercial
Manager for Energy. During his 25-year career at
Dow he has held a variety of roles with increasing
responsibility in hydrocarbons & energy procurement,
chemicals and metals marketing, finance, licensing,
market research and customer service. Chris has a
B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the
University of Texas at Austin. His current interests
are golf, music, fitness and spending time with his family.
Mark
Jordan is the Supply Chain and Planning Manager for
Dexco Polymers LP and is responsible for
warehousing, logistics, and purchasing raw materials
for the business. Mark is a chemical engineering
graduate of Mississippi State University with a
background in manufacturing and supply chain. A
23-year Dow Chemical employee, he is serving his
13th year at Dexco. Mark enjoys travel, cooking
and family sporting activities.
P.M. (Pete) Herzog joined Dexco
Polymers LP in September 2009 as Global Commercial Manager
with responsibility for all sales and marketing activities.
Pete was previously Regional Commercial Manager at Univation
Technologies, LLC. "Pete's commercial, strategic planning and
manufacturing experience make him an ideal fit for this critical
role on the Dexco team," said Chris Mudd, General Manager.
Pete has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University
and a MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington
in Seattle. His interests are family, golf, scouting, and travel.
Brian
Witt, the Technology Leader of the Dexco Research
and Development team, leads a high-energy group
dedicated to research and development of new VectorŽ
products. His group invents new products and
processes, determines how to scale them up in the
pilot plant and production plant, and provides
technology and regulatory expertise to the
business. Brian has been with Dow for 31 years,
including 19 years with Dexco Polymers. He obtained
his BS in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young
University in 1976. Brian's interests include
woodworking, home remodeling, music, community
service, and family travel.
Craig Leopard is the
Production Leader at the
VectorŽ Plant in
Plaquemine Louisiana. Craig is a 17 year Dow
employee and prior to this assignment served as
Operations Leader for Dow's Plaquemine ethylene
plants.
Over his
career he has held manufacturing and project
assignments in aromatics, chlorinated polyethylene,
styrenic block copolymers, and ethylene. Craig has a
B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson
University in South Carolina. He is a Cub Scout den
leader and a volunteer basketball/baseball/soccer
coach for the YMCA.
